The Community Association is committed to providing convenient payment options for you. Go green and save time with electronic payment options from BB&T. For your convenience we offer a link to BB&T Association Services Optional On-line Payment System on the Chaddsford Community Association web site. You will need your BB&T Bill Pay Account Number, Unit Number and Serial Number from your coupon book in order to make payments on line through BB&T’s web site. If you are unable to locate your coupon booklet, please contact our office at 301-877-6185 for assistance. When paying on-line a fee is charged when using a debit/credit card, however no fee is charged when using an E-Check or by ACH.  Make HOA Payment
